deadlocked

Hello everyone I have a 2009 G37S with navigation and for some reason the arrow within the navigation doesn't move at all it stays stuck at my current location and if I'm driving anywhere it doesn't like follow me or anything it's like stuck so I tried like resetting all the settings, recalculated my current location and nothing. It's still in the same place I even went so far as to do an ECU reset and took the battery terminals off for 20 minutes and it's still the same thing. What could be wrong?
