Subwoofer Install Question

Sorry to beat a dead horse but after reading the forums out there I'm trying to get a good idea of how to wire the sub amp to the factory amps (bose system). So I read that I can take the rca and cut one end and splice it to the subwoofer amp on connection B43 I believe. I read one reply to this method that it will not sound good without some sort of processor. If this is the case would i be able to use a LOC to the B43 connection and then just plug a rca into the LOC .

Please feel free to leave personal experience and best method to get this installed

i used this inbetween the RCA Cables and the pre-amp out. worked great. and it has the remote power too, which makes life a lot easier.

From what i read some amps have it built in and some dont. I dont believe it will hurt to have it either way.
