I've read through a bunch of threads and this seems to be the best choice??

Works perfectly. Steering control, charge, and data on Nav. Only problem the cable setup is to short. The console armrest is hard to close. Did anyone use a dock extender cable with my #3 setup? Might get the CableJive dockXtender Premium Dock Extender Cable..

But as this person said it seems a little short will the dockXtender Premium work?

Does anyone have any other solution to get Steering control, charge, and data on the Nav with an iPhone 5?
