Flash cards were working fine but i think i may have "cross threaded" a card when trying to insert it. when i 1st started using the reader it was a tight fit and difficult to insert but worked perfectly. Had trouble getting one out, had to pry it out, and now it fits much easier but i get a "compact flash read error" with 3 beeps. Tried different cards and reformatting and the same thing. Cards read and work perfectly in PC. It is a convenient way of adding music and the card slot is inconspicuous from the outside. Anyone else have this issue?
