Bad stock radio?

Recently I noticed on my stock radio that my preset doesnt hold after turning off the ignition for an extended period of time. If I turn off the car and immediately back on it stays on say preset A6, if I leave it over night then it will go to A1 or B3 a random preset.
One other thing I experimented with is turning the radio off before I turn the car off and when I turn it on in the morning radio comes on even though it should be off and on a random preset.
Everything else works ok for now, the music comes out fine just the strange preset selections.

Fuses are not burned out bad head unit?

Really weird behavior indeed. If you are still under warranty, take it in to the dealership to get checked. If not them may still check it for free or they may charge a diagnostic fee (usually they credit it toward repair if they fix it there). I wish I could tell you what's wrong and how to fix it, but I haven't experienced anything like you describe and I haven't heard of anyone else either.

Good luck.

Whats the condition of ur battery? You may wanna try resetting the head unit by disconnecting the negative batt terminal. If battery is good and resetting doesnt help.... sounds like the HU is defective?
