Chamberlain Whisperdrive & Homelink?

I just got a new gargage door opener (Chamberlain Whistperdrive) and with everything I've tried, I cannot get it to program with the Homelink?

Anyone with the same opener had any luck?

Check the description on the box, sometimes they will say whether it is compatible or not. I got a new opener months ago and its not compatible.

you can contact chamberlain and tell them u cant get it to connect. you will need a new thing they send in the mail. i got one all u pay is shipping. unless they want to charge u $50 the part u will need is called a repeater. its ment for 2009 and older maybe some 2010. its part of the new security protocol they use and older systems cant use it.

We use them for our garages, and it was a pain to get working, but it did eventually work. I think the step that worked was using the remote in the car while the learn button on the opener was activated - and it didnt work the first time
