play music through bluetooth on g37
Hey this is the one I have in my car, works perfectly. Auto connects every time I get in, does not interfere with the cars bluetooth - if I get a call, it switches to that one immediately, when I hang up, it switches back seamlessly and continues.
Well the layen device came in today. And it did not work
. Not with Android at least.. I'm not sure if it'll work with an iPhone. I'll see if I can find an iPhone to try out before returning.

Ya it powered up. I was able to pair it with my phone. It just says iPod not connected on the screen the entire time. Tried to go through all inputs but no bueno. I may just get the kinovo. I thought I could make it work, while looking clean + displaying info on screen.
the kinovo is trouble free for me, especially on the g. both bluetooth from both the car and the kinovo link automatically. since i leave the entire kinovo unit in the center console i was concerned that the phone access would be a hassle since the kinovo has it's own mic and speaker. As it turns out, at least for the iPhone, is that phone calls default to the g and the streaming defaults to the kinovo automatically. this is not the case for my bmw. if i answer a phone call in my bmw, it unlinks the streaming. i have to keep in mind in the x5 to go to bluetooth preference before the phone call ends and switch it back to the kinovo. but, again, on the g and for the iPhone, it automatically does the car for phone and the kinovo for streaming.
