Climate control acting strange

Climate control acting strange

My climate system stays set at 75°. If the outside temp is 62° it is stuffy inside and if the outside temp is 90° than it blows real cold. It seems to me that the inside temp should be controlled at what it is set. My last car (only other car I have owned with climate control) was a Nissan 350Z roadster and the climate control kept it at a comfortable 75° even though it was a roadster.

seems like a no brainer. What model car. In my 2011 g37x sedan the climate control works as expected.

Same issue for my '12 X sedan. Well not sure if it is an issue.

I can tell you from owning an 08 coupe.
The a/c can't be on 75 if its 62 out, it's not gonna keep it cold.
Drop it down to 65-70,then try it.
Remover being stuck in dead traffic on 95 degree day, a/c was brick cold.
Unless your maybe low on freon?

No, on a hot day the AC is cold. It seems strange that my 2004 Nissan 350Z roadster had better climate control than this.

It's not that it was "better" it is less sophisticated in the z.

I noticed anything I set over 70, was never cold enough.

Used to set 65-70 then adjust up or down a bit.

IMO it's the auto climate control on the 08s.
