Our '08 Journey coupe (without navigation) blue tooth and voice commands quit working. There is no Phone option in the settings and the steering wheel buttons don't work. Anyone seen this issue?

It's dark & rainy out so I'll check to see if there is a fuse for that in the morning but in the meantime I thought I would put out feeders here.

 

Well checked the fuses this morning and they are all OK. My guess is it's some sort of module somewhere since the existing phones that connected fine won't even connect as well as the steering wheel buttons for phone/voice control don't respond.

I'm sure this won't be cheap.

 

Try and disconnect your negative terminal for 30+ minutes, to try and reset whatever may be going wrong with the signal?
