Music box frozen HELP

Music box frozen HELP
While editing an album saved to my Music box (2008 G37 sport) the info seem sto have gone. When I go to play album etc nothing appears, but when I go to music box systme info it shows music saved and albums etc, BUT I cant get any to show when I try to play. Is there a reset method.. HELP
