My dealer just contacted me regarding a new SB, ITB12-063b, for Hands-Free Poor Phone Quality (with Nav). I had the previous SB installed and it didn't completely solve the problem. I am having this installed next week. I'll re-post after it's done. BTW, this applies to almost all the models of Infiniti not just the G Vert.

 

Any update on the updates you had done? My dealer said even newer packages are out for the car not sure which updates he meant though.
