How to connect iPhone 5 via Lightning Port to G37

Lightning to VGA Adapter - Apple Store (U.S.)

Lightning Digital AV Adapter - Apple Store (U.S.)

So the new Lighting to VGA or Lightning to HDMI Adapters are now out, Now how can we get that converted to RCA for G37 hookup, most LCD's like one in my car or Navigation and etc require RCA.

Only thing I can think of is VGA to RCA Video and Wire Audio Seperately. It seems HDMI to RCA is not a easy task or even worth it.

I have a DVD Player hooked up to my Navigation and LCDs in the Trunk for shows, and I wanna hook up my phone for Youtube videos and etc, as I used to do with my iPhone 4, but with the 5 its getting complicated.

VGA to RCA converters do exist (I think I have one in my garage somewhere!) but are unlikely to work as they usually require that your VGA output be set up in a very specific video mode with specific timing.

There are ones that will "re-encode" the the input, but they tend to be pricey, for example
