Anyway to set the radio

so it continues to play with the engine is turned off until the door is opened?

Not that I am aware of but if you press the "start/stop" button twice quickly when turning off your engine, your radio will stay on. You will just have to remember to press the start/stop button twice quickly to turn it off before you get out.
