opps..?? i guess i have to double check which extra module they put in my car. Its suppose to help to not to have any extra key install with the remote start.

I have a similar device by CompuStar called Drone Mobile. I have an Android app that looks similar. It's piggy-backed onto a CompuStar remote starter. It's very cool. Not only can you use the phone app, but you can sign into Drone Mobile on the internet and start it from there. It will do GPS tracking/ remote kill if you got jacked, speed alert, and a few other things. It will also start the car when it senses a low battery to recharge it--pretty useful on the G37. Got to love it in the winter. Start the car from the office and it is toasty when I get into it. I can hear it start in my driveway in the morning before I go to work. Sounds great with the Tanabe axle-back exhaust.

I really wish Infiniti would include this as a standard option. Chevy has had a remote starter that works with your smartphone for a year or two and now Chrysler/Dodge is introducing it on it's cars.

^^^^^ I will see it as because Infiniti doesnt need those minor things to attract customer to buy their cars, but chevy does. lol

But Infiniti does need stuff like that to set themselves apart. Audi, BMW, and Mercedes are all established brands. Infiniti needs something that'll give them an edge. The new JX has a remote starter built into the key fob but doesn't have anywhere the range of smartphone remote starter.

does anyone have any information regarding wiring skematics of this youtube video where they integrated the viper smart start with alarm/starter module.
I'm curious where they grabbed the wires and which wires so that the factory remote and buttons on the door/trunk controls the aftermarket alarm.
Like where the wires are located and what colors?

My Drone Mobile unit looks like its all wired under the passenger kick board--right where the fusebox would be on the drivers side. I wouldn't even guess which wire goes where. It was more than I wanted to do. Took a second visit to get them to flash it correctly. I love it!! The phone makes little alarm chirps like a car--way cool.
