I have a 2008 g37s with navigation and tech package. I have looked to see if anyone has upgraded their internals to a 2010 system or newer. I am interested in the newer screen with the better resolution that I think started in 2010 and streaming Bluetooth audio.

i think Modme has done this, but it requires some rewiring and doesn't seem cheap...
