I just upgraded Pandora on my iPhone and was pleased to find that artist and title information now appear on my non-nav screen. Cool surprise.

 

That is a nice new feature.

 

Yeah...I'm only having it happen about half the time though. Kind of strange.

Typically it shows the titles better when playing Pandora through iPod hookup than bluetooth(which is another great feature...not sure when and where that happened). But still...I've got something wrong still...

Since when does Pandora work on the non-navs? This must be the older models

 

Do the non-Nav models have wired inputs? i think thats what the OP is talking about....not BT streaming

Which BTW *half* works with Slacker and Pandora....I get "title/artist/album" on screen but Unknown for all of the values....it DOES get correct values when using the built in music player app on my Fascinate. Looks like it has something to do with how the apps themselves interface with the BT on the phone......the more custom work done to the phone itself (i.e. how proprietary the wireless stack is) the harder it is for a 3rd party app to interface with it.

yup, i can confirm this works. i have a 2011 g37s with navi. i updated pandora, hooked it up via ipod, it will automatically play ipod but just open the pandora app then itll start playing pandora although up top will still say ipod

I haven't had this happen to me yet...I've updated the app to the latest but nothing. Something I'm not doing right? I have a non-nav 2010 with iphone 4

 

works for 08G37S coupe 5AT. jammed to some dubstep today haha. still cant get bluetooth to work if anyone has suggestions. iphone4.
