FYI... Infiniti has updated the TSB for call waiting.

ITB10066
  • IF YOU CONFIRM One or more of the following is occurring on an Applied Vehicle: -- Audio streaming via Bluetooth is "choppy" or "clipped." -- "Calculating Route" takes an extended period of time (2-5 minutes) to complete. -- "Could not find aroute" displays when attempting to calculate a route. -- Voice Recognition sequence takes too many steps. -- Voice Recognition has difficulty recognizing voicetags. -- The Navigation system reboots. -- XM NavTraffic is slow to report. -- " Handset Phonebook" access is slow. -- When a hands-free call via Bluetooth is in progress and another call comes in ("call waiting"), there is no function available to answer the incoming call. -- Caller ID is not available when a hands-free call via Bluetooth is in progress and another call comes in. ACTION 1. Perform steps 1-6 of Confirm Navigation Program Version in the Service Procedure to verify whether or not this bulletin applies. 2. If this bulletin applies, load the Reprogramming Software DVD referenced in the Parts Information section. See this bulletin for further detail.
Changes to the original TSB are highlighted. I will be getting this done soon. It now shows caller ID during call waiting. And it supposedly fixes Nav Traffic. Ill Update when i get it done.

Max,

I asked this in the other thread, but curious. Does Infiniti have Revision numbers on ITBs? Seems like a significant change but nothing indicates it is new like "Rev. B" or something to that effect.

When I had this done a few months ago I only had 10066 done but it do anything but kill my Nano connection. When I complained about the Nano they did they "second part". Now the Nano works and I get a small button that says "Switch Call".

I believe they append letters to the end of the TSB. So if you already had 10066 done, you just need 10066b to get the updates.

10066 should have given you the option to switch calls. The second part(10066b) should allow you to see whose calling during a call.
