Anyone here install or hear a JBL MS-8 tuner?

What it does it tune your stereo and add digital processing and supposedly make the stock system sound MUCH better. I really dont want to add amps and change out all my speakers but I want a better sound.

Any thoughts:

I have a 08 G37S coupe

 

Unit certainly seems impressive with decent reviews, but don't know of anyone who has installed one in the Bose setup G yet.

 

I have read a lot of reviews and people really like it. JBL advertises it as an alternative to a whole system sway out. I really am not happy with the Bose sound, but dont really feel like spending the money to add an aftermarket amp and swap out the speakers.

My though was to add the JBL MS-8 and a sub box from Kicker or Rockford with a built in amp. Nice and neat, east install and not tons of money.

 

did you ever end up springing for the MS-8?
