Silly question, but didnt see on the manual. How do you select 3d view? I only see a birdsview for the map.

in a nutshell.....you can do the upgrade.......but its completely not worth it. for starters you need the new touch screen....a new HDD with the new software.........and if you car does not already have Nav...you need the whole nav equipment. the whole thing will cost you $2k+

as a person that has had both versions......its seriously nothing special. the weather feature is no big deal. the buildings is also no big deal....it barely works most of the time.

the ONLY feature i like in the 2010 model is the "XM Favorites"...you can add specific songs/artists to a favorites list and it will tell you when the song plays and what channel.
