Car PC?

Has anyone tried to install/integrate a car PC into their G and make use of the center display? I'd like to install a car PC in my 2011 G37x, if possible...

I have a lilliput 7" touchscreen screen, that i installed in a different car previously, I can sell to you for $100. It's the one with VGA + USB.
