dvd not working please help
How do i get my dvd to work in my 2010 g37x it plays the sound but no video thx

I called Infiniti severs and i spoke with them and they sad that it should been playing them. Ill just make an appointment so they can just fix it or waverer they need to do for it to play

I have a 2011 as well, and ive been wondering the same thing. I hear the music but just a black screen. Hopefully someone on here has been able to figure this one out

ha just got of the phone with infiniti people and they told me when u put the car in park u have to put on the emergency breaks on for it to play

I thought 2011's does not have a DVD playback. Please correct me if i am wrong
