JL Audio / 4080 System installed

This setup is amazing, sounds better than some systems with 2 12's I have heard. The 4080 box is worth every penny.

Power wire

Trunk gutted

Ground Wire

Wires ready

Test Run

Improvised Amp rack

Mounted

Finished, no wires

+1 on this. Did you happen to take pictures of the cables you spliced to connect your amp? I have my system ready just want to see what cables you used.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

The wood is kind of just wedged behind the metal frame of the back seat, its a really tight fit. Then with the amp bolted in place it holds everything together.

I didn't take pictures of the wires that I tapped into or anything. I just used a couple D.I.Y's on this forum along with the Bose wiring break down sticky in this section.

Luckily a buddy of mine used to install systems at a shop so he did most of the work.

If you have any other questions I will do what I can to help.

Yes it is done in general, I have just a few questions for the installation please?

How do you do to mount a Bose system?

What equipment do you have for that?

sorry, I request that it be installed as equipment for sound as well?

For, having already a Bose system, it must be more complicated, no?

Or rather, how did you make the connections of cables?
