Better then putting a DVD in, get an AV cable for your IPOD and rip the DVD's to it, plug into Aux and park and watch. Personally though watching anything on a 7" screen is pretty much a why bother IMHO. Get a 17" Laptop.

Someone mounted a slim PS2 in their glove compartment but that was a long time ago and I can't remember who it was or find the thread, but it's here. Perhaps someone who knows where the thread is will see your thread and help you out finding it.

I don't recall any Xbox installs yet.

Yeah, my feelings about it too. I can't imagine any scenario where I'd want to either watch videos or play games through my nav screen while idling in the driveway or a parking lot somewhere.

Especially since you can't do it while you're driving -- which is a good thing, of course. I guess maybe if you were out camping in the woods or something, but even then a laptop sounds like a better bet.

Unless maybe I could hook up a Gran Turismo game and use the real car pedals and wheel as the game controllers. That would be a setup to brag about.

Trunk, under the plastic covers, next to spare. There is tons of unused space there, just prepare to run some long cables. Keep in mind, Xbox360 is not designed for shock absorbing and road vibrations. It will probably break. You much better off just carrying a PSP around.

And the Xbox's suck for heat dissipation...so anywhere you mount it will require it to be in a confined space and it will blow out after 10 mins. Just stay inside or use a PSP

.
There are two situations where I love the fact that I can watch a movie on my 7-inch navigation screen:

1- while stuck in traffic. Watching a comedy makes any time stuck in traffic much easier and always lightens my mood.

2-waiting in the parking lot while a family member runs into the store. Watching a movie beats the heck out of listening to the radio.
