Is there a list of what specific things are compatable with the AUX plugs?
Hello,
Not sure if this is the right section, please of course feel free to move this.
Anyway, is there a list somewhere as to what specific makes/models of camcorders and other devices are compatable with the RCA jack AUX plugs in a 2009 G37x Coupe? Reason I ask is I plugged in acamcorder, one at my dad's house and got audio but no video, I was showing him the plugs and the iPod plug. I'd assume that with the red and white plugs, it will do video with something, yellow is the audio cable if I remember right. I forget what he has specfically other then it's a 3 or 4 year old Sony camcorder, about 6 megapixel resoultion maybe? Yes, I know that could still be nearly anything.

LOL, I had what they were backwards. But well I did have the right colored jack to the right socket.

Anyway, not sure why his camcorder didn't work then. I did hit the "AUX" button.
As an aside, mine has no nav system. I forgot to mention that. I only have the premium package. Is that a factor?

Yeah, so you must have the foot brake/hand brake engaged to get anything. I could not fully verify as the HD cam I have has no RCA output for video, just component. But the display changed and showed the clock in the top right corner once the emergency brake was on.
Okay, I read the manual but I missed the part on the parking brake. That's it then, I did everything else based on what was in the manual but somehow missed the reference to the parking brake. I'll have to try this again.
Thanks.
Thanks.
