Playing CD/DVD multi-folder structure in 2009 G37
I have a 2009 Infiniti G37 with Nav + Premium. Everytime I put in a CD or DVD with multi-folder structure (.mp3 files) it says "Disk Error". The manual says it can play multi-folder structure disks as long as there are no more than 512 songs in each folder.
And by multi-folder I am only talking about several root folders. Basically songs are grouped by band name or artist names.
I have seen if I put all the mp3s under one folder, then it has no problem playing. Is this a setting I need to change? The audio system should play but I don't understand why it's not playing.
Please help!

Yes you're right; it doesn't play DVDs...but when I put in a CD with multiple folders and mp3s inside those folders it still don't play. It only plays a mp3 CD when there is only one folder and all the mp3s are inside it. Is there any setting I need to change?

Yes it is playing CD with multi-folders now. It just shows the folder containing the songs not all the root or other folders. example: A->B->C-> song files...car audio system shows folder "C" only.
