So when my trial for XM Satellite came to an end, I decide to only keep my XM Navtraffic. Now when I choose the option, they had the 3.99 a month option, which should not be there, but they charge me the annual amount (40 something) anyway.

So I assume all is good and dandy until last night when I was heading back home, start the car, press enter to turn on my navigation screen and a message pop up saying my trial ended. I was like WTF? but it was like 1 in the morning so I'll figure out what happen this morning.

So I call XM this morning, and had their supervisor explain to me about how I pick the plan that wasn't suppose to happened. I ask them why didn't they notify me before hand, and they didn't have an answer. I eventrully paid the rest to keep my subsription and drive around going nowhere (wasting precious premium fuels) to get it activated.

Long story short, bad bad costumer service. I would be more happy to pay if they had call me, told me they made a mistake in letting me pick an option that should not be there. The way the person "helping" was like, you didn't pay for your account, so we deactivate your NavTraffic.

Yeah, that's enough about my rant. Anyone else have any similar problems with XM?
