Need help with phone book

Hey guys, I had a LG ViewTy and had set up the voicetag for the phone book with it. I just bought a Blackberry 8900 and when I tried to access the phone book through voice recoginition, it says I dont have one set up. I dont want to download the phone book from the phone to the car because the car only allows 40 numbers and my phone has about 140 numbers. I think if I do the download it will probably just download the first 40 numbers in my phonebook. Is there a way that i can just use the phone book I already set up with the LG? Or do I have to manually put all those numbers and voice tag in individually for the blackberry? Thanks.

The downloaded phone book is separate from the Car's phone book. It is not as useful though as you can not access it with the buttons while moving.

I have no idea about transferring the stored numbers from one phone to another.

The car's phonebook is associated with each phone. Even by unpairing a phone and repairing it the phone book in the car gets wiped (I know this from personal experience).

You can transfer individual entries from the phone to the car's phonebook though.
