Hey guys, when you put a CD in, how do you copy it into your music box?
The guys at the dealership said just put the CD in and it will automatically save into the music box, but that isn't working....

I have a G37 coupe with NAV / Tech / Etc etc.......

Any advice please?

have the CD info screen up and you will see a record button when the CD starts to play. hit that and itwill staart recording. It will also show you the progress. (ie 4/12)


OH AND RTFM

 

Just stick the CD in, wait for gracenote to identify the song and then you'll see an onscreen button called "REC"...click on that and give it time as it burns it directly to the 9.3 GB HD

To enabled "automatic recording", see page 4-53 of your owners manual:

To set the Music box hard drive to your pre-ferred settings, select the “Menu ” key during playback, “Music Box System Info. ” key, and “Music Box Settings ” key with the INFINITI controller, and then push the ENTER button.
Automatic Recording: When this item is turned to ON, the Music Box hard drive automatically starts recording when a CD is inserted.
