I found this photo in another thread. This is where the wire goes. you will find this large rubber grommet at the base of the windshield on the passenger side , 9under the black plastic cover located just under the wiper blade.
Well the grommet you make your own hole. Under the grommet is a hard plastic holder of sorts. You will have to see if you can get 2 ga. in there. I was using smaller wire.
umm... well... its hard to describe but here goes.... theres a grommit in the pass. side with a larg rubber tube in it... rubber tube is empty... no clue why its there.... but i fished the wire on the right side of the battery and it goes behind the front wheel well and found the hole and pulled it thru.....should be a lil easier with 2ga. let us know how it goes....
im still waiting 04STi208G37's info on the rest of the setup, cus it'd kinda weird having a huge power cord there and not knowing how to get it to the trunk haha
um can you see that grommit from the battery area? from the wheel well area if u peel back the liner?

no you cant... you have to pull the carpet up and then look from underneath the car to fish it to the hole...
I finished it today. After I got the wire in the footwell as described earlier, I went thru the passenger kick panel, down the passenger door sill, up by the rear side speaker and sort of under the seat into the and under the plastic spare tire surround and out by the jack. I connected to the battery with a fuse holder. No fuse until all is connected and grounded.
