Everytime i turn on my car the climate control defaults to some lame settings, anyway to keep the settings the same as before the car was turned off??

Thats strange. Mine goes back to the settings it was on when I turned it off.
Good luck with that!!

 

Mine keeps the same settings as well. For example, I tend to leave the AC off.

Automatic intake air control
In the AUTO mode, the intake air will be controlled
automatically. To manually control the
intake air, push the intake air control button
ª º. To return to the automatic control
mode, push the intake air control button
ª º for about 2 seconds. The indicator
lights (both air recirculation and outside
air circulation sides) will flash twice, and then
the intake air will be controlled automatically.
