So, to the ones of you who are thinking about doing it, the instructions are not perfect.

Here is what I found:

Put the black shrinkwrap in the black (center) wire.
Then, put the yelow shrinkwrap in the brownish (not the green) wire. For your convenience, there is actually a tiny G (for ground) marked right below the brownish cord. The other side has what looks like the number 10 (tiny tiny letters).

So, you want black on black and yellow on brownish (G).

BTW, good word on the Invisicord folks - apparently, they had a baby on the day I ordered, and the baby had some complications (I happened to send them an email and the guy told me). I was worried that shipping will take time because the last thing on their mind will be my freaking invisicord. No sir, the product was at my door within a day. Nice. Oh, and I emailed to thank them and the baby is going to be just fine.

So - excellent service. I highly recommend.
