Uggh, this just happened to me today at lunch time. My friend was back from college and I was showing him my car... pretty friggin embarrasing when nothing in the car works! after about 5 minutes it did reboot.

I've only had my car since December 20th and this is the first time it's happened to me...

I assume no one has figured out how to make it reboot manually yet and no one has found a fix/tsb for it yet either?

Hey,

Yea the same thing happened to me too, after I got back from Las Vegas I turned on the car and everything you posted is what happened to me and as I was driving it turned itself back on. It hasn't happened again but if it does, then I will report it.

Good Luck

It is performance anxiety guys on the car! I mean, wouldn't you be nervous ,when you were a young child, if your mom/dad put you in front of their friends to do a trick your normally good at? lol

Yesss, but that would mean our cars would be smart enough to know not to mess up!

I have had this problem for weeks now.
This happens more than you know.
How many times? Just go to
1. 'System Diagnostics'
2. 'Confirmation/Adjustments'
3. 'Error History'
4. 'Can_Comm_Circuit'
The number in the line is the number of errors recorded.
Read 'um and weep.
I'm up to 30 errors. I check it every time I experience the problem.

That is a problem. I have had my Nav crash once and I have no errors in my 'error history.' If you are having this many errors I would take it to the dealership to be looked at.

Happened to me for the first time today - however, I didn't get the "confirmation screen" first... The system started up IMMEDIATELY, with no Infiniti boot logo, into the Status screen (Audio at the top, climate at the bottom and a clock that was frozen an HOUR behind the analog clock on the dashboard - note that it was properly set prior to turning off the vehicle). When the system finally rebooted, the clock was again properly set.
