G37 mp3 player not working so well?

I don't have the navi, but everytime I burn a MP3 data CD and add new songs/folders at a later time, the car can't seem to see the new things I added. Just the initial stuff I burned the first time appears. It works fine on my girlfriends Honda Fit when we try something like this, just wondering if there was a way around it. Thanks for the help

Sounds like the CD reader doesn't support more than one session on a disc. It's been a known issue for years with some types of non computer CD readers (cars, portable CD players, boomboxes, etc).

You may be able to get around it by not fixating the disc (ie, don't finalize the session) when you burn the CD. You'll need to find the option in whatever software you're using.

In the instruction book it says that it only plays the first session of a burned CD.
