I have been having what I thought was an issue with the music box feature of my audio system (Nav)....While I am driving I can only access the top 5 choices when music box is selected (play artist,etc.) I am unable to access the remaining 6 items (they are grayed out). I spoke with a service dept rep and the word I got was that the 6-11 choices were grayed out and unavailable (search artist,etc) until slowing to less than 5 mph....this was normal........has anyone else come across this??

 

Yep. That's normal. That's why, after having the car for a week, I switched to only using my ipod.

I second that. The iPod interface has no moving vehicle lock-outs. You can do anything and everything while driving. The musicbox is very restricted while driving, as is the nav (try to find the nearest McDonalds while driving if it's not one of the first five matches under fast food...)

 

Any solutions out for this yet? KPTechnologies?
