how do you get the ipod to play randomly when plugged into the car? I know normally you go to shuffle songs on the ipod but when pluged into the car it just says infiniti withe the logo and say connected and i cant get into menu on the ipod...

 

Make sure you have the ipod active. On the front of the radio there is a "scan/rpt" button. Cycle through this and you will see on the screen that it changes from repeat one, repeat all etc... Then go into songs, play the first one and it will random play.
You just have to play with it a little bit.
