I understand what he is saying. Do you remember when OJ yanked that guy out of his van. Dats due to lack of door locks. ahahaha

I think the Lexus IS250 &350 has this feature. The car would lock and unlock when coming up to the car.

It just doesn't make sense to me that they would make it roll down, but not up. Not rolling up makes rolling down less that useless since the mechanism has so much delay that it is almost impossible to get the windows where you want them and then, you have to walk to your car, open the door, turn on the car, roll the window where you want it, close the door, lock it and walk back to where you were. Worse than useless in that case.

It is only useful when you are walking to your car and want to cool it off before you get there. Not if you want to remotely adjust the interior ventilation accurately. What if it starts raining? You have to get out in the rain.

I will probably make the roll up happen. There is this module....
Yes I wish I had the auto up feature. You can do it with the key- stick in keyhole and turn to the left for 2 seconds.

However I wish we could do it remotely. Getting out of my car in the garage is a little tight because I get close to the wall (so that the wife who parks to the right of me doesn't accidentally ding me- that would cause some problems LOL) so I normaly put the driver side window down for easier access out. Then I use the key to put it back up- I wish this could be done with the remote. I wish it closed the sunroof too because sometimes I forget when it is in the tilt position.
