Is there anywhere in the Nav system that would show different data? Things like current speed, average speed, stuff like that? I couldnt find anything in the manual but maybe there is some diagnositc area or something that is not easily accessable.
It is kinda cool that if you look in the info settings and GPS info you can see the satalittes that are tracking you and your altitude.

The average MPH amd max MPH you get from your trip computer. That is accessible in the main screen or the screen between the speedo and tach. I couldn't find a way to get the current speed to show up on the nav screen though.
