Wow really? Cool. Mind pointing me in the right direction on how to do that? What do you mean go in to the system. I am a tech guy and have already gone through every menu I can find.
For some reason that doesn't work for me – and yes, I did turn on alternate commands. I'm think it's because I have the lame "trimmed" set of voice commands...
I can't believe that the Canadian versions are any different than the US versions. Does anything happen when you push the voice command button and then say "climate control"??
Once I press the voice command button, I get a list of commands (about 6-8) on the centre console (as opposed to a list of 4 if I don't have alternate commands turned on)... and it ignores me unless I say something that's on the list.
I'll try again when I leave work today... hopefully it was just me not speaking clearly, but I doubt it.
Actually, it's not a Canadian version, I imported the car from the states. Now you make me doubt my ability to speak properly to a computer in a car... lol
I just wanted to confirm that my car doesn't have all the voice commands either. I read the manual that came with my car and it says that only Canadian models have the complete list. My car is crippled.
I must not know how to sat the word temperature. My climate commands in my new G37 consist of on and off. Saying Temperature 70 gets me nothing and it does not appear in the command help list either.
