There are many bypasses that can be used. You did not show starting the vehicle using the factory key fob, or did you not get that featured installed/figured out?

Didn't get that installed. Figured it was pointless due to the horrible range of the factory remote. I just use my phone to remote start. though I dont remote start the car often either. Only when its extremely cold or extremely hot out.

The factory alarm should be de-activated with the aftermarket it on there.

No, Even the aftermarket fob will activate the factory alarm. The same goes for the Clifford alarm that i have on my Maxima. The Clifford activates both the factory and Aftermarket alarms. But the cliford is not as integrated as the viper. The factory keyfob wont activate the clifford alarm system on the Maxima.

I'll be going back to get the Perimeter and tilt sensors added soon so ill try to get the information then. Sorry

That is a perfect setup.

I have a Compustar with SS remote starter on my G37S 6speed. I HATE THE FACT you have to push start twice. This is actually DEFECT of the ifar module. it should automatically go to start when you open and close the door.

I am actually considering geting it setup the way you did it, and get the DRONE link to my iphone instead. I hate carrying several remotes!!

In case anyone is interested, the bypass module to get is xpresskit's dball. This will allow you to use the OEM remote as well as the door buttons to activate the Viper alarm. I just finished my install today.
