Price drops for the 2011 Infiniti FX's, which usually means sales are slow.
Infiniti Announces U.S. Pricing on 2011 FX
Performance Luxury SUV
FRANKLIN, Tenn. (Sept. 22, 2010) – Infiniti today announced U.S. pricing on the 2011 Infiniti FX performance luxury SUV, which is on sale now at Infiniti retailers nationwide. Prices have been reduced from 2010 levels by $2,600 USD on FX50 and $1,250 USD on FX35 models. In addition, a number of refinements have been made for the new model year, including the addition of a standard power rear liftgate*. The 2011 FX is offered in three models: FX50 AWD with 5.0-liter V8, FX35 AWD with 3.5-liter V6 and FX35 RWD with 3.5-liter V6.
The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP)** are:

As one of the most radical expressions of sport and utility prowling the streets today, FX is available with a choice of a 390-horsepower 5.0-liter 32-valve DOHC V8 engine with VVEL (Variable Valve Event & Lift) or with a 303-horsepower 3.5-liter 24-valve DOHC V6 engine. Both engines are paired with a standard 7-speed automatic transmission. The FX is also offered with Intelligent All-Wheel Drive (standard on FX50).
Other enhancements for the 2011 model year include the addition of the Navigation Package content to the Premium Package on FX35 (navigation is standard on FX50) and a new Deluxe Touring Package for the FX50, featuring Maple interior accents, 21-inch wheels and tires and aluminum pedal accents. Black lacquer interior trim is now standard on FX50, and Malbec Black has been added to FX’s exterior color palette.
The FX again offers an array of available advanced technology systems, including Distance Control Assist (DCA), Lane Departure Warning LDW)/Lane Departure Prevention (LDP) system, Intelligent Brake Assist (IBA) with Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Continuous Damping Control (CDC®), and Rear Active Steer. Other available features range from Infiniti Intelligent Key to Intelligent Cruise Control (Full Speed Range) and Around View® Monitor system.
