After 1+ year, my front sways started groaning like a French Canadian *****. Re-greased and all is right with the world again.

Oh, and that idea about using gasline teflon pipe tape? The tape was bunched up and totally disintegrated. Seemed like a good enough idea at the time, but with hindsight I think I'll just be re-greasing once a year...

...or maybe buy the ES bushing brackets that have a grease fitting on them. Of course, that would mean getting a little grease gun with pre-lube just for this purpose. Errrr.

 

That salty winter we had would take the sheen off a sealed u joint!

Hey brother(s)! Sorry for taking so long to get back - been traveling for work and then on a nice long much needed vacation with the wife back home in California. Back to the grind today here in DC...

The car is great man. Lots has been done to it over the last year and a half, mostly suspension and braking. Went through a few iterations of engine tuning and ultimately landed on a flash tune I assembled from a few sources and used a new open source flashing protocol to load it through my PC... no ridiculously expensive tuner device needed! Probably running a mild 380 HP with this tune which is turned down from what I had with my piggy back. Throttle response is better this way.

Brakes are full on stop tech BBK - been tracking a lot so the stock size rotors and calipers were not cutting it, despite the racier pads I was running.

Suspension is currently AST 4100s, but I just bought JRZ RS1's for various reasons. I'm REALLY excited about this enhancement...

Just read through all 16 pages and really great information. I first was under the impression that I could get non adjustable sway bars and then adjustable end links. As stated thats what I get for being a noob. Seems my best bet is to get some quality sways that are adjustable and if I want get some bushing that I can grease. Also the teflon tape didnt work well. At this point I dont plan on lowering so end links are not needed.
Before any performance mods suspension seem like the best bet to make the car more enjoyable. Glad this site has some really great posts in such great detail of installs in terms most can understand.

 

So after reading again soft in front and middle in the rear but did anyone adjust tire pressure in an effort as to not have to change the sway settings? I have the General G-Max AS-03 tires in a staggered setup 245/40/19 275/35/19. I understand my driving style and its hit or miss as to what I feel as to how I adjust. So the main question in the end is,
did anyone adjust tire pressure or have a staggered setup. I did adjust pressure with less in the front and more in the rear and could tell a difference.
