Wow what do you wear when driving football cleats? It is passed the wear and tear warranty coverage anyways, unless you find someone who is willing to make an exception.

What is a wear and tear warranty? How long and how many miles? I bought the car like that, but it seems like BS...especially because the Infiniti website advertises "aluminum pedals and footrest" as standard equipment on the sport. If that is aluminum, it is quite literally aluminum plating. That is like a jeweler selling gold plated jewelery as gold.

Most wear and tear warranties are one year or 12,000 miles, i think Infiniti is too. It covers things like that.

Thats all my dealer needed to say. He basically said those items aren't covered. I didnt understand that there is a a time limit. So, Where can I find a used gas pedal, it looks like its the right size and is SOLID aluminum...

spill

It looks like it may have started as corrosion. Could you have gotten some brake fluid or something on the bottom of your shoe? Even so, a good dealer would extend the courtesy if it is under the basic warranty.
