Last chance to pick color what should I go with?!
I'm running out of time to decide on a color. Currently I'm leaning towards the Liquid Platinum with the Graphite (black) interior with the sport package. I know silver become out of style after the early 2000s, but it does look nice with the 19" wheels and would not be as hard to keep clean as another color. Apparently, based on Car and Driver Magazine, Moonlight White/Ivory Pearl are the most popular colors for any car in 2008. I was also interested in Onyx Black with a Wheat and Rosewood interior, but those aren't available with the sport package, so it would have to be Onyx Black with Wheat and washi silver, but even then I would have to wait 90 days to get that combination. Black with a black interior and tints just seemed to dark (and hot) of a color right now. What even makes it more confusing is the convertible is coming out soon and it will have two new other colors (Pacific Sky and another I am not aware of) . I was sort of looking for a nice all around color that wasn't too flashy.

Choice of color is a personal choice. That's why Infiniti gives us so many options!
I went to athens blue ... some people think it's too "girlie" (search for that thread). But I think it's a great color.
I don't think you can go wrong with any option you have. I think the real limitation is availability based upon the features / options you want (ie sport package and interior).
Good luck with whatever you decide upon.

My top 4 choices are(in no particular order):
Liquid Platinum
Onyx Black
Blue Slate
Moonlight White (reminds me of Alpine White on the Audi's/BMWs)
The Athens blue and Red are nice (but too flashy for me), Graphite Grey a little too common/neutral, and I thought Amethyst was very interesting color but just a little too much Burgundy in it for me.
I would of gone with Pacific Sky (Silver with a slight blue hue), Meteor Pearl (Audi A5) or Iridium if it was available

I originally wanted either a white or a red one at first. Upon arriving at the Infiniti dealer, the Liquid Platinum caught both me and my wifes attention immediately and we both agreed to the Liquid platinum. My suggestion is go to the dealer and see the car up front in person.

If you are young or trying to stay young the red and athens is cool. Ivory pearl sounds for girls nice color if you like to wear pearls. Platinum is Nissan color and is great buts its been around for over 5 years and is looking old.
Black is sinister and serious. It will be cool today as it will in 5 years. Black will always be black. Goes great with the character of the car.
The new white can be pulled off but doesnt have the seriousness of the black on black G

I didnt like red when I 1st saw it - but it grew on me.
Still - i love my PG. - Since LP is one of your choices - I'd suggest that one. 2nd place would be IP
