Tis was the start. I got an insanely awesome deal. A year old 32,000 mile 05 G35x. I well under 10,000 including all the licensing and taxes. Her paint needed looked bad but I knew I could fix that with a solid weekend of wet sanding and polish from Pinnacle. I finished it off with the $300 concourse wax and she felt like silk. See the hoods reflection. Miles deep of reflection.

Done with both sides. I it was a cold as it gets up here in NJ. I had propane heaters, 2 pairs of socks and gloves on and those little bag's of chemical heat in every pocket but still couldn't get it done in one go. Whatever it takes though. This one's running good now possible 400 hp with intakes modded and exaust opened up. And she'll hit 8300rpm so 60mph is no longer a 3 gear affair. 0-60 varies on temp and humidity but I have never lost to anything else off the line thanks to the tranbrake

Yes it's a 2014 coupes center console, guess what. It's going in to my 09 G37xS sedan. I like it more. It's better thought out and gives me more drop in room without raising my arm rest. There's a lot to like about it.

Yup. That's a sedan's exhaust. Mine to be specific. 5th set up I am trying on a na vq engine but only the 3rd I put on one of my vhr's, and the others were 3.5's. this fits my 09 G37xS so it should fit any 3.7L 4dr. Fell in love with this set up as I ALWAYS hated my various sedans y-pipes. 😉Has a graduated width all the way through. Dual OBX canisters too. Looks great. Good welds. tips of the actual exhaust are a little big@ 4.5inches and then they added on 6" tips, Overkill imo. OBX branded.

Just a post install shot. Gotta give Diode Dynamics props for the best lights. Matching them perfectly in color had me very nervous because the mixture of leds and hids. But we hit the nail on the head in my opinion.

My 09 g37xS sedan. Pretty much stock except for a lot of ecu, intake and exhaust work. I also went with 14 inch rotors and Akebono calipers just before I did the amber removal and all upgraded to the best Diode Dynamics have including the 1600 lumen fogs. Nobody has trouble seeing me now. Knock on wood.

This ones "G # 3" after around 3yrs I was side swiped by a 18 wheeler on a major highway. It's illegal for 18 wheelers to use the far left passing lanes and they know it. So he never stopped. Luckily for me she was barely used and i had a recent appraisal right before it happened so I got enough to actually get the 09 g37xS sedan which I had been waiting for. Knew i didn't want a 3.5 in the bigger car. Most don't notice the T.S. frt bumper. Did everything on it myself too...got hit head on...

Like i said. I rarher do it myself so i am swapping out my 09's automatic linkages and selector for the 2014's. Not a fun jub but once the center console is removed its ok. I am looking to get the t.t. 30vett 400hp motor swapped. Penny saved is a penny earned.

Those ones weren't intentional. But are still visible though i did that over 2 years ago. Course it panicked flashing the "AWD" light. Black electric tape is perfect for making it go away though. Lol

I have been relatively lucky but mainly because 98% of the drivers in NJ are both out of state or high on something. Least the G's airbags are really soft. Even the head on accident w/ a combined speed of 135mph I was fine. Though the cops did have to restrain me once i found him, upside-down on 2 parked cars. 2 of his passenger's were extremely hurt.

Every serious G car fan should replace any bulbs that need it with whichever they have for your specific model. I dived head first and bough all the highest level of bulb or led that they sell and stuck at 7000 so the HID's match my leds

Technically this was the first mod i did, (I don't count putting the Akebono's on my xS as a cutomization. Its more like, just a smart thing to do when you are driving a car that comes equipped to a price range. Its just smart

As a 3 time awd owner and one rwd manual g35 sometimes those CTS, BMW, & M.B. drivers talking about how much better than awd their rwd cars are. I love knowing that I can flip a switch and they dissappear in the blueish grey cloud behind me.

Obviously this is NOT my car. It's a nice matte black 09 with a FULL Wald Black Bison body kit. By "FULL" i am saying she's running the full wald setup, which includes the suspension, wheels, exhaust system (axle back), the trunk lip wing. All 4 parts of the Wald front bumper sode skirts, the coolest g diffuser and interior.
