If anyone can help me out trying to buy some tires for nismo wheels been seeing a lot of different sizes, not the biggest fan of camber cars
my g is lowered on coils (sedan) looking for that fender to tire type of look, thank you

 

keep in mind that the 19x10.5 +23 will poke so everyone who runs this set that looks good, runs negative camber and a stretch tire.

you current tire is very small, 225/40R18 has a nominal diameter of 25.1". for reference, stock nominal tire diameter is closer to 26.6" or so.

From your picture, it seems the milestar tire was designed to be significantly shorter from what the designed dimension.

A common tire for 19x10.5 +23 is 255/35R19, this is a 26" nominal diameter. still shorter than stock, and should get you the look you want without adjusting height.

I'm using 245/40R19 on my 19x10.5 +23 because I didn't want to run camber, but my wheel pokes out a lot, and the rim is exposed.
