Wheels don’t clear big calipers

Hello everyone,
I have a 2012 g37xs coupe and they come with stock big calipers in the front. I bought new wheels for the car but they don’t fit because of the calipers. The stock wheels are 19x8.5 (idk the offset) and the wheels I got are niche 19x8.5 +35 offset. Everyone is saying to return them and buy wheels that fit but i don’t know what will fit since all the wheels I find are the same exact size as the ones I bought. Can someone help please? Thank you

Nothing wrong with using wheel spacers, assuming the added poke is acceptable.

Niche makes some really attractive wheels, like that VICE wheel you've got there. Imitation wheel bolts are awkward on a one-piece wheel, IMO, but it sure does look cool.

I never used spacers before but I heard they aren’t reliable and they add a shack to the car.

Installed and torqued down properly, there's no problem with spacers or spacer adapters. Figure out what clearance you need and whether or not it will still look acceptable.

Keep in mind that there is no specific wheel spec, width and offset combo, that automatically clears big brakes.

And two wheels can have the same specs but different clearances.
example:
Enkei RPF1 18x9.5 +38 will not clear
Gramlight 57CR 18x9.5 +38 will clear Akebono

What you have to do is either find the information on the manufacturer's website, vendors website, or find reference pictures of the exact model wheels and specs on other cars with big brakes, with the same brakes being ideal.

Here is an example for Volks TE37

I had to take the 15mm spacers off the front of my car, still on in the rear, because they made the steering harder and numb and because of the added vibrations. Tried 2 sets. They were hub centric. But I do a lot of fast highway driving so I noticed. If you do a lot city driving maybe it won't bother you as much.

I've had H&R, Z1, and GKTech spacers is various thicknesses, both bolt-on types and slip-on, without vibration issues.

Its important to get quality spacers and to always torque them properly.

I've never used bolt-on types for autocross but have used slip-on types (15mm) with no issues.
