Will this 19x9.5 +35 square Konig Ampliform with 255/40r19 work on my nephew's stock 2013 G37 Sedan Base model?

This link to fitment industries shows a G37x running the same exact set up I want him to run but I wasn't sure if it would work on the Base model. See link for reference and please feel free to share your input.

I suspect 19x9.5 +35 wheels will poke a little.

 

If you plan on lowering the car, then you'll be fine. If you don't lower then it will poke.
