Rims losing color

Hey guys,
ive noticed lately my rims on my 2008 G37 coupe have been losing color in a way. it becomes black as if its getting down to primer. Im very careful with my rims and i dont curb them at all. has anyone experienced this issue?

(black on the rims is not dirt. i had the car washed before this picture)

Looks like your bleeder nipple is leaking slinging brake fluid which will eat paint
