The X AWD sedans come with square set ups stock. You’ll be good with this set up for the wheels.

Your tires are a little low profile for the size though. You may want to consider a 235/45/18

Wheels are fine but ideally a 245/45/18 is the tire size I'd run. You'll also need tapered/conical seat lug nuts and I'd also recommend hub adapter rings to keep vibration away. Need to find the bore of the new wheels so you can adapt to the 66.1mm Infiniti bore.

There are two tire aspects with which G37x owners must contend. Front/rear diameter difference shouldn't exceed 1%, and overall tire diameter change shouldn't exceed 3%. The AWD system can be damaged by the first issue and the ECU has stock diameter hard-coded into it and will light up the dash if it detects the second.

could you please explain this and how do I calculate the 3% overall diameter. And will my G37X AWD fit 19” - 8.5” wheels if I am buy new wheels or what would your suggestion be ? I have 18”-7.5” stick alloy.

and if I can fit 19”- 8.5” wheel what’s the widest I can go on them or would you suggest 18”-8.5” wheels?
