Anyone know if gtr rims 10.5 in the rears are too wide for a g37x?

Not too wide, but the very aggressive offset is what makes them a no-go if you have a sedan. If you have a coupe you can run 275/30s in back but will probably require a bit more camber to get them to tuck ok into the fender.

There are 10.5s that will work on a G37x sedan, but it would have to have a +45 offset, the GT-Rs have a +25 offset, so about 3/4" of poke outside the fenders on a lowered sedan.

Also keep in mind when running staggered wheel/tire setups on AWD you MUST keep front to back tire diameters under 1% variance.

Yeah, I'd take a hard pass on those w/ a sedan, way too much work to get them to fit, and even then won't look right.
Now if you could find four front GT-R wheels that would be a huge WIN!
